• How long is the lease term?

  Our standard lease agreements run from August to July, aligning with the local university's academic calendar. If a lease begins after the standard August move-in date, it will end in July unless renewed.

• What furniture is included?

  Our apartments are fully furnished. We provide both common area and bedroom furniture. This includes a couch, chair, coffee table, bar stools, a full-size bed, mattress, dresser, desk, and desk chair.
